  A car subscription gives you exclusive access to a vehicle to enjoy as your own, without the long-term commitment of ownership. It combines the flexibility of a rental with the convenience and premium experience of a fully managed vehicle.

  Your subscription includes many of the ongoing costs of running a car, including licensing, registration, comprehensive insurance, scheduled servicing and roadside assistance. Simply add fuel and any incidental costs.

  Unlike purchasing or financing a vehicle, a subscription gives you greater flexibility. At the end of your subscription term, you can return, renew, upgrade, swap or purchase your vehicle, depending on what suits you best.*

• Am I eligible for a car subscription?

  When you apply for a car subscription, an identity check, driving record and credit report will be performed. We may also request documents including proof of address, utility bills, bank statements and pay slips as part of our commitment to responsible spending.
  
  We consider every application individually, but there are also some basic criteria that all subscribers need to meet:

  - Be at least 25 years old and not over 75 years old
  - Hold a valid Australian C Class or equivalent International Drivers License
  - Your Drivers License has never been restricted, cancelled or suspended
  - Not have had any criminal, drink or drug driving convictions
  - Not have made two or more motor insurance claims in the last 5 years
  - Not use any subscription vehicle for the purpose of operating a ridesharing service

• What's the difference between a rental, subscription and a lease?

  A car subscription sits between a traditional rental and a vehicle lease, combining flexibility with long-term value.

  Compared with a rental, subscriptions are designed for longer-term use and typically offer more competitive monthly rates.

  Compared with a lease, there are no lengthy finance contracts, no balloon payment at the end of the term, and greater flexibility when your needs change.

  With subscription terms starting from just three months, you can enjoy a premium vehicle without the long-term commitment. When your term ends, simply return, renew, swap or purchase your vehicle.*

• What costs are included?

  Our vehicle subscription plans cover the cost of licensing, registration, insurance, scheduled servicing, maintenance and roadside assistance. You will need to cover any additional costs for fuel, incidentals and kilometres traveled above your subscription allowance.

• Who owns the car?

  We own all of the vehicles available for subscription, and cover all registration, licensing, insurance, maintenance and servicing costs of your car - so you get to enjoy all the benefits of owning a car with none of the headaches.

• Is this the same as car sharing?

  No, you get to treat the car like it's your own - you have exclusive use of the car for the entire time you're subscribed.
